Cre8 Media’s training and creative production hub connects diverse communities to businesses who are actively seeking new talent which will help them to deliver on innovation and excellence.

 

By offering creative, media and technology businesses with “work ready” trainees, Cre8 Media minimises the risk of hiring talent that is unlikely to perform or contribute to growth and success.

 

Through our diverse networks, Cre8 Media identifies and trains demonstrably creative talent in our three month work readiness programme. Our industry experts mentor trainees on the skills and competencies they need to create commercial communications products that benefit companies directly. In addition to this, we impart soft skills to ensure our trainees can effectively engage, communicate and contribute in a corporate environment.

 

Working on real and existing commercial products from local companies and our partners in the communications industry, Cre8 Media provides candidates with pathways to future jobs and commissions in film and TV, advertising, corporate communications and production design.

To secure a coveted place on our media-training programmes, candidates must simply demonstrate their creative skills and show their work in a video and accompanying application. Our application process demands that we recruit media savvy individuals who demonstrate creative proficiencies or transferable entrepreneurial skills.
